1) How many message credits do I need per month?

  Multiply the Number of Contacts by

For Example, 250 Contacts x 4 SMS per Month = 1000 Credits.

***For MMS – multiply this by 3 as our system will deduct 3 credits per MMS per contact.

1 SMS = 1 credit. 1 MMS = 3 credits.

2) How much do extra credits cost?

You can upgrade your package at anytime or you can purchase “rollover credits”. Additionally purchased credits do not expire if account is active.

NO! This practice is prohibited by carriers and by federal law. All contacts either opt-in by texting your keyword to the number or by giving you consent.
